Our Wholesale Program is available to like-minded retailers who would like to partner with us to enhance their housewares selection.
We have a preference to partner with brands that carry other socially and environmentally responsible goods and who operate with the highest employment standards.
What is your return policy?
At Trade, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact your dedicated customer care rep within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
How do custom orders work?
We love co-creating custom orders for our partners. Simply use the contact form on our website to submit a query, and we'll reach out with details. Lead time is typically 6-8 weeks.
