Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.

International Shipping

- We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

- Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS/email.
- You can track your shipment through our [Track Order] page or via courier website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available for orders below ₹999.
- A small COD handling fee of ₹50 will apply.

Delays & Exceptions

- Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or inaccurate address details.
- If your parcel is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team.

Return to Sender / Undelivered Orders

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping charges will apply.
- We will hold the item for 7 days before canceling the order.
